There was some internal confusion about this and some of you may have gotten the wrong information from our team! We’ve decided to go with the more generous route, and will be making the following breakdown of rewards our official policy!
$65 and above tiers will receive TWO FULL SETS of the exclusives, so each copy of the game will have both sets of the assets that come with that tier.

It’s important to us that our higher tiers are still exclusive and that's why things like Custom Constellation, In-game Portrait, Access to Art and Storyboards, Day with a Dev, and Designing a Pal will remain exclusive to those who supported the higher tiers!

Folks have been asking about micro transactions and we want to make sure we explain that fully! You won’t have to pay any additional money to experience every part of the game, and all in-game items (apart from Kickstarter exclusives) will be obtainable through gameplay!
In order to keep the game updated with fresh content and events as far as we can into the future, the game will likely have some type of micro transactions, but want to make sure that these do not at all inhibit players ability to experience the game fully! We want people to be able to collect every item, experience activities, and enjoy our game to its fullest without having to pay any extra money!

Hey all,
What an exciting week!! It feels like yesterday that we were just discussing this game and writing down notes in our sketchbooks! And now we are here! One week into the campaign with the Switch port unlocked 🥺💖 We can’t begin to express our gratitude to everyone in this amazing community for supporting us and bringing our childhood dreams to life.
We’d like everyone to enjoy Island Skies as much as possible, and are planning to add additional languages! To help us prioritize which to add first, here’s the poll for what languages you’d like Island Skies to be available in!

Happy Monday!!
WE UNLOCKED THE ARCADE!!! A house of fun where you’ll find minigames of all shapes and sizes! We’re also happy to introduce Ash the Hedgehog, who will be manning the counter at our most recent unlock! She is a spunky, eager gamer who will help you decide what game you should play next in the Arcade! Can you beat Ash’s high scores?
The arcade games will be inspired by the minigames from Club Penguin, Neopets, Pokemon Stadium, and 大富翁 (a game from Lily's childhood, similar to monopoly)!

It’s also time to reveal the Kickstarter exclusive Glowing Gus veggie pal! You might’ve gotten a sneak peek at him in our mushroom biome in our promo image!! He may seem a lil grumpy but he is happy to be your companion while exploring the Island Skies!
On another note, we are SO close to our Switch stretch goal!! And with Arcade unlocked we’re even MORE excited to unlock Multiplayer!!! Arcade games with friends could be a whole new level of fun! I know we keep saying we’re so floored by the support for this campaign but we honestly can’t say it enough! Thank you all SO MUCH for helping us make all of this possible!!! 😭💖💖

We’re so GRILLED to announce that COOKING is UNLOCKED! 🍞🍞🍞
Blanche and Edison are FIRED UP to see what you all got in the oven! There will be no shortage of recipes and delicious things to make and we can’t wait to share them with you!
I got a lil experimental with textures and brushes on these since I was still figuring out the style at the time
On a more serious note, I drew these recipes a long time ago, before I even knew we’d put the game on kickstarter, but didn’t go back to them because we didn’t think we’d have the budget to flesh out cooking the way I’d want to in the game. I can’t be more grateful for all of your support. We can finally start bringing these recipes to life! I’ve been pretty emotional over the past few days just trying to process everything, and looking back at these drawings makes me so much more grateful to all of you for helping us make our dream come true. Thank you.

A lot of you have been asking to be able to add on our kickstarter exclusive items, and we want to hear what you think!!
We’ve put together some pricing to inform your thoughts on this:
$10 moth outfit
$10 trailing VFX
$30 Furniture set
$30 glow gus pet
$100 house exterior
Pricing for these kickstarter exclusive items would be higher than other non-exclusive in-game add-ons we’re planning to include in the campaign, or what we’d charge if we implemented in app purchases, since we intended kickstarter exclusive items more as special gifts for supporting the project at certain funding levels rather than as directly purchasable items.
We want to make sure that if we make the KS exclusive digital rewards add-ons it’s fair to backers who have already pledged to these tiers, but we do want to make our KS exclusive items available to as many backers as we can!
