This survey form is where you’ll enter in the information needed to access our Official Discord, we will be sending out invites for the Discord to the usernames entered in and cross-checking the reward tier with the email to make sure everyone gets the right roles! Some things to note:
Please enter the email you used to pledge to kickstarter, unless you have changed your contact email in Backerkit, or specifically reached out to change the email we use to contact you, in which case please use the most up to date email we would have associated with your pledge.
Please enter your entire unique Discord username, including the #number! ex- MyUsername#0000
Entering an invalid or incorrect email may delay your invitation to the Discord.
Selecting the wrong reward tier may delay your invitation to the Discord, assignment of roles, and access to channels.
Entering incorrect or insufficient Discord username information may delay your invitation to the discord.
If you submit the form twice with different discord usernames, we will assume the most recent submission is your preferred username.
